Property crime is a serious problem for college campuses. Michele Bosler Is quick to respond and very efficient and friendly. She makes the claims process painless which is so important to the customer who is already frustrated having to repair/replace their damaged/lost property. I will stick with NSSI as long as I can and recommend them to all the college students I rent to every year solely because of my wonderful experiences dealing with Michele.
