Trisha Collier has handled a number of claims of mine throughout my educational career. She has always been stellar, but especially this time when the iPhone repair shop I tried to use yanked me around and refused to refund me for the repair that didn't work. Trisha was able to work with me and help me get my phone properly repaired by Apple, with nothing but the cost of my deductible.

Having this coverage for both of my sons has been well worth the investment. Claims are processed quickly and they are very helpful if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend anyone sending a child to college to invest in a policy. The prices are very reasonable. My claims rep Trish Collier has been excellent as well as all the reps I've dealt with over the years.
