This is definitely the insurance company you’ll want to invest in for your son/daughter that is going away to college. The premium is very affordable and it covers damage/loss (for up to the amount purchased) for anything in his/her possession.
Trica Collier was outstanding and very patient in helping my daughter understand what paperwork needed to be submitted and replied immediately to any questions that she had.
The process was easy and fast!!
I would recommend this company to anyone!

NSSI has been great to work with. I had an accident with my phone and Trisha was very responsive to my claim and answered all my questions. Trisha's response time was excellent and helped get my claim resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this insurance for anyone in college who may need coverage on their property.

Thank you NSSI for your great service. I was helped greatly by two of your best employees in the claim and I want to commend them for their professional, efficient, and kind service. Ronnie Mitchell helped me get the claim properly filed when I had some issues with website. She was patient and very helpful! Trisha Collier was our adjuster and great in assisting with the claim as well as going above and beyond in communicating what was needed to get the claim settled. She was really just a dream to work with! Lastly, I have had an ongoing issue with receiving emails from NSSI, which is not resolved after nearly two years of trying... BUT your staff, including Mary Parker have found work-arounds for the issue so I always get the Information I need in a timely manor, Thank you all at NSSI.
