We have had student policies for both of our daughters for years and my husband got one when he was getting another seminary degree and have continued to renew them and be thankful for them. We haven't had lots of claims but NSSI has had "our back" and it has given us peace of mind knowing that we have coverage, just in case. The accidental drops and spills coverage is a "must" in our opinion, and we like to have a low deductible and sufficiently high coverage, just in case. Recently we had a very challenging and unusual international claim that we filed after a robbery. Trisha Collier handled our case very professionally went above and beyond trying working with documents in Spanish and even trying to contact the attending police officer here. We were patiently waiting the outcome and Trisha hung in there too to see if there was enough documentation to approve the claim. We are very happy and thankful to report that the claim was approved and paid! We are very thankful for our NSSI student insurance policies! We are big fans of this insurance, unless you want to "self-insure" and pay for the losses and damages out of your own pocket. Thank you for reading my testimony!

I enrolled with NSSI when my daughter started college. During her last semester she dropped her computer and the screen cracked and it was unusable. I contacted NSSI and was connected to Trisha Collier, the claims adjuster. I filed a claim and within days my claim was paid and my computer was fixed. Best insurance experience I have ever had.
