I just want to give a shout out and say thank you to Jasmine Garrett. She was so professional, courteous and responsive. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them quickly and in a pleasant manner. Because of her attitude, knowledge and customer service I renewed my insurance policy. Thank you Jasmine.

I recently had the pleasure of a positive experience with an insurance claim (a rare event, in my experience). The customer service rep, Trisha Collier, was patient, helpful & knowledgeable. She helped to expedite a claim for my son's dropped tablet & get us the reimbursement check, with a minimum of hassle & in time for the coming school year. I'll admit that I approached this claim with some concern, as Insurance claims I've made with other companies in the past, seemed to make it difficult by design. I'm happy to say, that this was NOT my experience with this claim! As a result I'm re-upping my policy for the next year. (NSSI has Miss Collier to thank for that ; )

A huge thank you to NSSI an Trisha Collier! My sons dorm room was robbed during the Covid-19 shut down. When we went to retrieve his belongings in June, most of them were stolen. I provided the police report and receipts for stolen items to Trisha and the process went very smoothly. I am waiting for my check to arrive in the mail next week. Trisha is very through and extremely professional. This was the first insurance claim I have ever filed and I highly recommend NSSI and Trisha Collier! I will be raving about NSSI in the parent group for my sons college.

My son left his laptop at school, but was unable to return to pick it up due to COVID. When told he could get it, we were told it was no longer in the room. Although it took the school 4 months to create the police report and send to NSSI, Jasmine Garrett processed the claim immediately and I received an email the next day saying that I would receive payment in 8 days. I'm very happy with the quick response. It was very frustrating previously. MAKE SURE you keep your original receipt for ALL items you want to claim (or able to pull up the receipt online)! Thanks for the expediency once you had the receipt and police report.
