I'm very rough on my phones and NSSI has been there for me to help when they are damaged throughout my time in dental school! Trisha was so incredibly fast and thorough on this most recent replacement of my phone and taking care of me. I will miss NSSI when I finish school for sure. Thank you Trisha!

While changes sometime are difficult to adjust to my experience with Michele in the past was superb and when Trisha called as her replacement I wanted to be fair, guess what I think they are twins, once again I had nothing but positive dealing. professional service, prompt attention to my kids claim. Probably one of the most enjoyable experience you can have when filing a claim. Trisha 5 stars only because your not allowed to go higher

A huge thank you to NSSI and Trisha for the prompt and efficient service i received last week. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen and was desparate to get it repaired ASAP. I was hand held every step of the way. Trisha gave me clear instructions and was patient with my questions. Once i complied with all the required documentation, i recieved an email stating my clain would be paid within 7 days. I am thrilled to have taken out the policy and appreciate the customer service i received !
