Called to renew personal property policy for my son. Voice Response prompts are short and explicit. Selected policy questions and Katrina was on the line almost immediately. All I had to was provide current policy number, specify same limits and method of payment and we were done. Katrina provided new policy number, took down my email address and I had the policy declarations and another copy of the policy within minutes. Then Katrina explained how I could use the NSSI website in the future for payment, renewal, claims. Nicely done..

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent customer experience. Sometimes, there is a stigma when it comes with insurance companies, however, my adjuster, Michele ******* trumps the whole complicated notion that insurance claims are a headache. Michele, completely assisted me and offered me tools to help process/complete this claim as quickly as possible. She offered me advice on how to retrieve invoices and immediately responded to my phone calls and e-mails (when I say immediately, I mean within 5 minutes, I received a response). Michele's consistency and prompt customer service makes her the upper echelon in her industry. I am exceptionally grateful and wanted to show my gratitude on how professional she is. Thank you so much Michele!!

I have used this service since 2009. They are great and handle claims normally very fast. I have not had problems contacting them. I have had to file insurance claims with them and I never have faced an issue with using this service.
