I have only ever had the most positive experiences with NSSI. They have come to the rescue in so many situations and I could not recommend this insurance enough! Michele is extremely efficient and quick to process my claims, and always responds to my emails immediately. I want to thank your customer service and claim department for their impeccable service, especially Ms. Michele Bosler in the Claims department. When I called her for clarification of procedure after I received the email from her office, she was very understanding and fully explained to me what I needed to do, and put me at ease (since I never filed a property claim before). After I submitted the required documentation, she processed the claim in such an expedite manner that blew me away!!! She is a true professional who is there to help. Her assistance was much appreciated. I just what to commend your company on providing excellent customer service, it is way beyond my expectation, and deserves a A+ grade!!

Took a policy out for daughter in August of 2015 thru August 2016. In June of 2016 received a letter from NSSI telling me the policy would automatically renew. I was impressed that I did not have to do anything, knowing my daughter had another year in school. Well during November of 2016 her Mac book fell out of bag onto the sidewalk damaging it. Oh well we file the claim to learn that the policy was not automatically renewed and the mac book was not covered. I was told that the Auto Renewal Notice was sent out in error? The customer service department was cordial and courteous but explain that they do not do auto renewal notices. I would have renew the policy manually, if I had not gotten the auto renewal notice. I feel that NSSI dropped the ball and my daughter is being punished for their computer error.
