As a parent, providing my kids with technology provides me with peace of mind because their academic tasks are soooo rigorous that anything I can do to help alleviates their load, relieves stress, and makes them happier and more productive. As a single parent, I can only buy technology items once (if at all) and these items must last and be protected. Protected no longer means a sturdy case. Had a great recent experience. Submitted claim yesterday for a water damaged cell phone. I have submitted claims in the past and have had around 2 day or so turnaround so that was my expectation. Imagine my surprise and gratitude when it was acknowledged and approved within a few hours. Having a daughter away at college with no smart phone at her disposal can be worrisome, yet she was back in business with a new phone same day as a result. BRAVO to Michele and the team!

I originally took out a policy with Worth Avenue Group to protect my daughter's Ipad but realized it made better sense to take out the college insurance plan for all her things. When she returned to school for a summer session we realized that her mattress just a few months old had developed water damage while in storage in a supposed climate controlled environment. We were shocked. . I filed a claim with Worth Avenue Group on Thursday. Michele Bosler was incredibly reassuring. On Friday Michele sent me an email indicating the date I will be reimbursed for the loss. This insurance is so much easier and better than I could have anticipated. We reported it on a Friday and received notice of the check to replace it on Tuesday which include the time it took to get it to an apple store for an estimate,( which was really the hard part of the process).
