I have had NSSI for a few years now. All was well and then I had to make a claim. I got worried it would be huge amounts of paperwork and a grueling process. It wasn’t any of that. Michele Bosler my claims agent kept in touch with me and helped me resolve everything in just a few days. You discover the value of your insurance when you actually have to make a claim and how they treat you. For this I give them an A+

I have held this insurance over the years for my college age twins. One has filled a claim and is being denied. The claims examiner requested information on what occured. When I stated what my son BELIEVED may have caused the damage but was unsure, she denied stating the reason he gave. When he explained it was his opinion only and requested he see a professional repair person to verify the cause he was denied. The claims examiner responded with definitions that she claimed were in my policy, which were not and again stated the cause my son had indicated was his opinion. In addition, she interjected a quote on her response to that particular email, not previous ones, that can only be taken in an accustory manner unless it can be interpreted in some other way....you tell me what you would think if you recieved it: " The true measure of your character is what you would do if you were sure no one would ever find out." ~ John C. I've been using NSSI since my oldest son entered college in 2009. While putting three children through college I have had a few claims. Each of them were handled quickly and fairly. I would like to especially thank Michele Bosler and her assistant Heidi for their lightening fast response for my most recent claim.

The absolute best insurance I've found for my family's iPhone's - I even cover my MacBooks and iPads now. Excellent value - less money than both Verizon's insurance and AppleCare - and Worth Ave Group covers total loss (i.e. theft) which the others do not. Over the 5+ years I've been covered by them, I've submitted 3 claims. Each were paid very quickly and in full without question. In my most recent interaction, Claim's Supervisor Michele Bosler responded to my initial email almost immediately and within 1 hour provided the date the check would be mailed. I'll never buy insurance for my devices from anyone else.
