Wow.... I have been paying for this insurance for my MacBook and iPhone for years. Every year I wonder if it is worth it as I am very careful with things. But I kept paying it because it was reasonably priced. And lets face it. While Apple stuff is awesome. It is very expensive. A month ago my cat jumped on the shelf where the MacBook was placed and the Macbook came crashing to the ground, hitting the desk on the way down. The screen stopped working and the hinge was badly bent. So I quickly put in a claim through the website. Jasmine emailed me the next day and told me to take it to an Apple repair place for an estimate. I took it in and sent her the estimate. I got en email the very next day saying they were sending a check!!! I am SO pleased. I can get my computer fixed and it only cost me the $25 deductible. Thanks Jasmine and everyone at Worth Ave Group!!!
