I received excellent claims service from Jasmine. I have had this college insurance on both of my sons for over 8 years now and aside of a small cracked screen repair, have never had to file a claim. I am happy to say that Jasmine did everything that she could to work with me and get my claim paid quickly and fully. They even paid for the shipping cost to return the broken phone to them. I always wondered how good this insurance was, and now I have full confidence in this company and this coverage. when my daughter starts college next you better believe she will also have one of these policies. It is also nice that you can keep the policy after graduation as long as you keep it in effect. Thanks Worth Avenue Group for an excellent policy and excellent claims experience.

It was great to deal with Jasmine Garrett-Standage in every way. She was very patient when we were slow getting some documentation together due to a family health emergency. We have filed two claims over the years and NSSI has been efficient and fair each time.
