I have had a policy for many years and recently had a claim on a device. I got an estimate from a repair facility. I submitted the estimate to Ms. Jasmine Garrett in claims. Within a few days, I received a check. When I brought the device in for the repairs it was determined that it was actually damaged beyond repair. I again contacted Ms. Garrett who cut a check to me and I received the full replacement amount within days. If you have electronics, don't get sucked into a substandard policy from the wireless provider. This company is so great that I have asked many times for permission to be able to represent them.
