This is the best company to have a policy with if you have a kid in college. We have the College Plus policy and it has been a great help to us for accidental damage to electronics. The claims process is easy & they are quick, reliable and have great customer service. I had Jasmine Garrett and Stephanie McClain for claims I’ve submitted. They provided great, 5 star, customer service and were professional and helpful. Thank you and jeep up the great work!

I have had 2 claims over the life of my policy. I purchased this to cover my son while he was in school. Both claims were handled quickly and replaced or repaired the iphone and iwatch after the claim was submitted. This company is EXCELLENT and well worth the piece of mind knowing that if or when something happens they will take care of it with very little hassle... really NO hassle at all. Thanks.

Highly recommend NSSI for any family with a college kid in the dorms. Michele B and the entire team (claims dept) was so helpful. With proper documentation, the process was super easy and went very smoothly. Turn around time was very fast!
Parents: keep all receipts. If you think you'll lose the paper receipts, scan into PDF so you'll always have it!

If I could give 10 stars I would! In today's world where service in general is poor, this company should be the gold standard. The claims process was simple, efficient and so FAST! Kudos to Michele Bosler for her promptness and professionalism. I hope not to have any further claims, but if I do, I know they will be handled exceptionally.
